New Patients

Here are some tips for making your first visit more efficient:

  • Please show up at least 15 min prior to appointment time.
  • Please make arrangements for the transfer of your medical records if your initial meeting with us relates to a pre-existing condition for which you have received care elsewhere so that we have them on file for your visit. This will lessen needless duplication in diagnostic procedures or treatments and enable your practitioner to offer continuity of care.
  • In the event that your initial consultation is for a standard examination or a novel issue, your prior medical records are not needed. You are welcome to transmit your data, though, if they include relevant medical history related to gynecology.
  • Before seeing a doctor, it is advisable to check your benefits by calling your insurance provider.
  • If your insurance company needs a referral, ask your primary care physician’s office for one. Depending on the services you receive, this can change. Find out from your insurance provider if you’re not sure if you need a referral.
